NCSM Strategic Marketing Launches European Division
Jerusalem, Israel, Nov. 4, 2007 – NCSM Strategic Marketing, an international public relations agency providing communications services across the globe, has today announced the formal launch of its European Division. NCSM's European division will provide public relations services in Germany, France, Spain, and Russia, as well as other markets in which these languages are spoken. NCSM has appointed Viktoria Dolburd, a veteran of several years experience with multilingual media and public relations in Europe, as director of the new division. With the launch of its European division, NCSM answers a key demand for a large segment of the Israeli business community. There are many Israeli exporters who need to market products in many countries simultaneously, but face challenges in coordinating various local initiatives or are unable to budget for numerous foreign firms dedicated to each market. NCSM is the first Israeli agency to bring international PR veterans in to one centrally managed team, offering a program that is both better coordinated and more cost-effective, enabling a wider range of Israeli companies to build their reputations worldwide.
